Quantity Surveying – Offering financial advice both at inception stage through to practical completion of works on site incorporating:
Initial budget estimates from sketch proposals.
More detailed budgets and cost advice during the design development.
Professional tendering of projects to obtain competitive and accurate quotations from contractors.
Advice on the most suitable form of contract for each scheme.
Providing Financial Control during the works on site including calculating monthly valuations, agreeing variations and preparing and agreeing final account.
Project Management - Single Point of Contact for the entire development allowing for the client to be relieved of the responsibility of co-ordinating the design and consultants both pre and post contract incorporating:
Arranging and chairing all meetings with consultants during the design stages.
Assisting with the appointment of all consultants including architects and specialist consultants as required.
Providing Quantity Surveying services as above.
Co-ordinating all consultants to ensure the design progresses and all parties are kept up to date with amendments both pre and post contract.
Arranging and chairing all meeting with contractor and consultants whilst the works are on site.
Requesting information from client as and when required to ensure smooth progress from start to finish.
CDM – Co-ordinator – Providing full duties of CDM Co-ordinator through from inception to completion, assisting and advising the client on their responsibilities under the current CDM Regulation.
